Full refund minus the non-refundable Stripe processing fee (6%) and any applicable admin fees.
No refund issued. However, you may reschedule your course at no extra cost.
An additional $10 will be held back for the online portion that has already been sent to you.
For a refund to be considered, the student must cancel their seat in the course prior to 24 hours before the start time of the course. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of the start time of the course, the student will be able to reschedule their course at no extra cost.
The unretrievable cost of processing the original transaction will be subtracted from the refund total. For example, if a student signed up on our website, Stripe charges a 6% non-refundable processing fee. This will be taken off the refund total.
If the course you registered for was a Blended Learning course, there will be an additional $10 held back for the online portion that you have been sent.
